FP have designed and delivered various types of Hang-Off systems, enabling crucial “Offline” operational activities such as building Bottom Hole Assembly (BHA) and casing string, as well as preparing and running CML and RMR systems.

Standard Hang-Off systems have been delivered by FP since the year 2000. Recent bespoke Hang-Off deliveries have further enhanced the capability to run and prepare CML and RMR operations as a retrofit system. Versatile and Compact Hang-Off Methods Fit for Purpose
The capacities of the delivered Hang-Off system vary between 50 metric tons (mT) and 200mT. Hang-Off systems are available as both Hard or Soft Hang-Off alternatives.
To handle rougher dynamic loads, the FP-Gimbal (Soft Hang-Off) unit is incorporated to prevent fatigue in the suspended tubular string.
